I am so glad you are here.. My name is Diane Gutierrez. I am a licensed marriage family therapist. I can help you discover what holds you back in life, and help you make lasting changes in how you experience your life.

Whether you would like more abundance, a better relationship with your child or spouse, or support with a difficult life event…together you and I can work together to help you experience more love and wellness in your life. We can unpack in therapy what gets in your way and brainstorm what steps to take that could be helpful for you. What you tell yourself shapes how you experience your daily life and the people in it. What you tell yourself makes you feel a certain way, and that in turn makes you behave a certain way. When you gently hold a light to what you tell yourself about your life you can begin to see more clearly those thoughts that are untrue and do not serve you. Together we can write a new truer story about your life and how you experience it.

Through our collaborative relationship we will explore with curiosity and non-judgement. Anxiety

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is a short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people see the difference between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and free them from unhelpful patterns of behavior. CBT is very effective in managing anxiety and anxiety symptoms.

Individual Therapy


If you have been struggling with a problem in your life that feels unsurmountable, or you cannot see a way out of your current challenges then therapy could be very helpful. The power of being heard and seen and the power of exploring those thoughts and patterns that hold you back with more helpful thoughts and behaviors alongside a professional therapist cannot be put into words.
